Home Living Estates (retirement village operator developer) and Armstrong Creek Development Corporation (Developers of Warralily, the largest estate within the Armstrong Creek growth corridor).
Seed investor and strategist of the Fintech start-up business “Credit Clear” which was launched in Australia and is now listed on the ASX.
Chairman and seed funder of Remitter a US Fintech company revolutionizing debt collection with the aid of Artificial intelligence. Remitter is scheduled to be listed on the NASDAQ late in 2024.

Leonie Valentine, Board Chair, AOMedia (Tech) Pty Ltd, is a global business executive and board director with 25+ years experience in the Technology, Media and Telecomm (TMT) sector.
She has led scaled customer service, marketing, sales, tech and operations teams in Australia and across APAC, and has a proven track record of driving growth, building high performance cultures, and cultivating collaborative partnerships.
Robert Lane
MANAGING DIRECTOR/ CO-FOUNDER
Robert established and grew from humble beginnings a successful retail motor vehicle business to turnover of $120M PA, employing 85 staff. 1979 – 2011.
Robert accredits much of the success of the business to focused target market advertising of which he administered.

Negotiation of large property development site purchases for a select number of clients and the facilitation of funding to complete the purchases.

Carlos Reyna
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
With over 20 years of corporate experience in sales and operations with companies such as Telstra, Harvey Norman & Revelian, and over 10 years’ experience in the DOOH industry, Carlos is an out of home media technology sales and operations specialist.
Carlos has created market leading hardware solutions for some of Australia’s largest shopping centre groups, changing
the way shopping centre owners’ structure and operate their media networks. With a focus on long-term, sustainable partnerships, Carlos is passionate about creating solutions
that go beyond sales and integrate into the ongoing lifecycle of a product.
Carlos is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Australian Outdoor Media (Tech) Pty Ltd.

William holds a degree in Commerce with a major in Finance, providing a solid foundation for understanding business dynamics and financial principles. Known for driving revenue growth, optimizing processes, delivering exceptional customer experiences, he is adept at leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive business success.
